Shipping and delivery

RedTrail 4x4 ships orders Australia-wide from our supplier and warehouse network. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout where available. Some products or promotions may include free shipping; this will be shown on the product page, cart, or checkout.

Dispatch timeframes

Dispatch time depends on the product, stock location, supplier lead time, and whether the item is made to order. In-stock small to medium items are usually dispatched as quickly as possible after payment clears. Made-to-order, painted, special-order, or supplier-dispatched items can take longer.

Many EGR painted or made-to-order items can take around 1-4 weeks before dispatch. Some bulky products, supplier-direct items, or backordered products can take up to 6 weeks. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time where possible.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location, carrier network conditions, and whether the item is standard parcel freight or bulky freight. Metro deliveries are generally quicker than regional or remote deliveries. Tracking details will be sent where available after dispatch.

Bulky freight

Large items such as bull bars, canopies, hard lids, roll covers, load shields, and some exhaust systems may require bulky freight. Bulky freight may cost more, may take longer, and may require a business address, depot collection, or assisted unloading depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Split shipments

If your order contains products from different suppliers or stock locations, items may be shipped separately. You will not be charged extra by RedTrail 4x4 for splitting an order after purchase.

Please check product fitment, lead time notes, and delivery details before purchasing. If you are ordering for a trip, fitting appointment, or deadline, contact us first so we can confirm current availability and freight expectations.
